This session is part of our Positive Minds programme so to make sure the course is right for you, may need to speak to you first. You can complete a booking request online by clicking 'Enrol to Positive Minds' button or contact us on 01254 507720 and let us know which course you are interested in. Once expressed an interest in the course, a member of the team will contact you to arrange a brief appointment via phone. This helps us check if the Positive Minds courses are right for you and helps to assess what impact the course has on your mood and wellbeing. There isn't an assessment; however, we will ask you to complete a Mood and Wellbeing Questionnaire when we first speak to you and on completion of the course.
